1. This service is a wait time display service for clinics provided by Let's BJJ Inc.

2. Users shall understand the service through the manual and use it at their own responsibility. No usage support is provided via phone or email.

3. This service does not collect or store patient personal information. Name book data is stored only in the user's browser.

4. Reservation data resets daily. Past data is not stored or provided.

5. Monthly fees are charged automatically. Cancellation is possible anytime, effective at the end of the billing period.

6. Bug reports are accepted through the in-app form and will be addressed.

7. Service specifications and pricing may change without notice.

8. These terms are governed by Japanese law.
